The story

ElectricNOW, the free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) app operated by Electric Entertainment, has added 20 channels through a partnership with FAST Channels TV, including VueWho, a new channel dedicated exclusively to micro-dramas.

The deal, announced November 2, gives the OTT service access to a catalog of more than 80 linear FAST channels from FAST Channels TV, which supplies FAST and subscription-based content to internet service providers, cable operators and broadcasters. The expanded lineup spans sports, art, gaming, culture, lifestyle, documentaries and horror.

Dean Devlin, CEO of Electric Entertainment, said: "At ElectricNOW, we believe great entertainment should be accessible to everyone, without a price tag. With 20 new channels spanning everything from the booming micro-drama phenomenon to fan-favorite genres, we're giving viewers more choices, more variety and more reasons to tune in."

What does the deal change for viewers?

For a free service, the answer is breadth. VueWho packages serialized, mobile-friendly micro-dramas into a linear channel, mixing daily conversation, entertainment, lifestyle, relationships, shopping and Hollywood content. Its programming includes Daily Flash, El Flash Latino, Life Love Shopping, SiSi Hollywood, GalTime and OPINIONish, alongside original productions and licensed content. Viewers can return for the next episode without a traditional paid television subscription.

The wider agreement also brings independent films, original series and live performances from creators worldwide to the platform.

Russell Foy, CEO of FAST Channels TV, said: "This partnership demonstrates the breadth of our channel catalog. From MicroDramas and gaming to sports, art, documentaries, multicultural entertainment and nature programming, we are making more content available to streaming services, telecom companies, cable operators and broadcasters looking to expand their offerings."

Foy added that the goal is to make it easier for distribution partners to find distinctive channels that attract audiences and help grow their streaming services.

Which channels are joining?

Commercial context

The agreement positions ElectricNOW, which Devlin describes as delivering "a premium entertainment experience with something for every taste — all completely free," to compete on catalog depth in a crowded FAST market. For FAST Channels TV, the deal extends its distribution reach beyond its traditional ISP and cable operator base into a direct-to-consumer branded app. No financial terms were disclosed, and no subscriber figures were published.
