Tubi and TikTok have named the 12 creators selected for the Tubi x TikTok Creatorverse Incubator, a cohort that will deliver ten exclusive long-form series to Tubi's audience of more than 110 million monthly active users. The announcement, made on October 27, 2026, marks Tubi's biggest investment yet in original programming built with creators.
The incubator, first announced in March, gives TikTok creators the chance to develop original long-form series for Tubi. The stated goal is reach expansion: moving breakout short-form talent beyond the formats and audiences that previously defined them. The selected creators carry credentials across entertainment, spanning award shows, film festival red carpets and TikTok's own Discover List and Showbiz List.
What are the ten series?
The slate spans scripted and unscripted programming in genres Tubi says resonate with its viewers: animation, horror, reality and YA.
- WOULD YOU SURVIVE? — Christopher Kiely breaks down terrifying movies, monsters and locations to judge whether the average person could realistically make it out alive.
- SCARE TOURS — Film expert Allie Tran visits locations of iconic scary movies, meets special guests and uncovers the stories behind beloved films.
- FEELING SUPER — Lynnell Jones Jr.'s animated comedy about a broke young man who gains a new superpower daily while his superhero ambitions spiral into disasters.
- KAI PICKS THE GUY — Kai Cameron hosts a dating show where three men arrive expecting a female contestant, only to face one-on-one "dates" with Kai instead.
- THE ROACH CHRONICLES — Kendria Bland's animated series following a dysfunctional cockroach family through school troubles, relationships and adventures.
- NEVER HAVE I SPENT THE WINTER WITH THE ROMANO BROTHERS — Yasmine Sahid stars as a city teen who moves to small-town Alaska after losing her parents and navigates a romance with two brothers, played by Alex Maystrik and Pablo Hernandez.
- THE LEASING MANAGER — Madison Humphrey plays an apartment leasing manager chasing 100% occupancy while sabotaging a rival, handling a police investigation and managing needy tenants.
- A GREAT AUSTRALIAN SIDEQUEST — Marc Sebastian explores some of Australia's most unique tourist experiences and stays.
- ASKING FOR A FRIEND — Sabrina Brier and celebrity guests work through the chaos of modern friendship, from oversharing roommates to overly competitive friends.
- JAMIE CROW — Sebastian Krahl's adult animation about an 18-year-old high school senior obsessed with serial killers, studying their psychology and methods as she becomes convinced she can surpass them.
What do the executives say?
Kudzi Chikumbu, VP of Creator Partnerships at Tubi, framed the incubator as a partnership rather than a talent grab. "The creators we're working with have built a following, a point of view, and a body of work that people come back for," Chikumbu said. "The Incubator is where we come in as their partner, giving them the creative freedom to grow what they've started. We're proud to support them as they create their first TV shows, making ambitious work they may not otherwise be able to make and growing beyond the audiences and formats that had previously defined them."
Dawn Yang, Global Head of Entertainment & Micro-series at TikTok, emphasized community as the transferable asset. "TikTok is where creators build passionate communities around their work and connect their stories with audiences around the world," Yang said. "Their communities on TikTok show just how much people connect with creator-led storytelling, and this partnership gives them another way to share their work with new audiences."
How does this fit Tubi's creator strategy?
The incubator is not an isolated bet. Since launching Tubi for Creators in June 2025, the platform has added more than 35,000 episodes from over 700 creators. That is roughly 50 episodes per creator in about sixteen months, a scale signal few ad-supported streamers can match. Tubi has also brought the Creatorverse platform's digital-first content to Fire TV and launched a dedicated Creatorverse Hub so fans can browse films and series from the creator community.
The commercial logic is straightforward. Creators arrive with pre-built audiences, which lowers marketing risk on originals, while Tubi gives them production resources and a distribution surface well beyond a phone screen. Tubi describes the Creatorverse Incubator as the next step in the evolution of that creator ecosystem.
No premiere dates for the ten series appear in the announcement. The next milestones to watch are rollout timelines for the first incubator titles and any expansion of the cohort beyond these twelve creators.
